Who is Your Future Self?

I’m empty. Empty headed. Can’t come up with a good idea. A complete sentence. A paragraph. I can’t tell you the last time I have been this way. I can tell you I don’t like.

In book club we are reading “Personality Isn’t Permanent” by Benjamin Hardy. Well, they’re reading it ๐Ÿ˜„. I’m not connecting with the book. I definitely believe people can change and who we are now may not be who we will be in a few years. I know I have come a long way. I have changed a lot of my belief systems and generally how I think and feel about myself and others. So I don’t know why I’m not loving this book.

There is one thing that he says that I am all for though. He challenges his reader to create a clear picture of themselves 3 years from now. What will you be doing? In what ways have you changed? Why do you want to become this person? These are some good questions. I usually don’t plan my life that far ahead. I set goals for the year of what I want to accomplish and try my best to make it happen. These goals are not necessarily steps to obtain the life I want to live in the future. They are just milestones to look back at and say, “I did that”.

With Hardy’s book and 30 Day Future Self Program, the 3 year plan is really concentrated and focused on changing yourself to become that person. To have the things that your future self would want. The business, the education, the marriage, the health, the wealth. I like this concept!

I have however, connected more with his 30 Day Future Self Program. It is a daily video that includes a question to answer to help you realize who your future is and what you want for that person. Anyone can sign up for the program and it is free. If you are interested in trying this program, here is the link:

He recommends you purchase the book as well. It gives a more in depth understanding if you purchase the book. The choice is yours. You may get all you need from the 30 Day program. I will say if you aren’t happy with the way your life is going right now, this will definitely be helpful. It can’t hurt. I wish for you and your future self to be well and whole. Much Love ๐Ÿงก๐Ÿ’š
